Restorative Integration Sessions are a deeply supportive nervous system-focused treatment experience designed to promote regulation, restoration, and whole-body integration through attuned osteopathic manual therapy.
These extended sessions combine hands-on care, nervous system education, and guided self-awareness tools to help unwind persistent tension patterns, support embodiment, and create space for deeper healing and recovery.
This treatment is especially supportive for individuals experiencing chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, burnout, overwhelm, emotional holding patterns, fatigue, or those seeking a more intentional and restorative approach to their care.
Appointment length is 90 minutes and may include fascial unwinding, visceral, craniosacral, nervous system, somatic, and whole-body integration.
Together, we will determine a restorative focus, and create a treatment pathway based on your whole-being needs. You also will receive a printed workbook of your choice.

Integrated Bodywork
Do you need more support than just a general treatment?
Integrated Bodywork is a personalized treatment experience that blends osteopathic manual therapy, fascial stretch therapy, and cupping to support mobility, regulation, tension relief, and whole-body restoration.
These sessions are designed to address interconnected movement patterns and nervous system stress through a layered, adaptive approach tailored to your body’s needs.
This treatment is well suited for individuals experiencing chronic tension, stiffness, stress overload, movement restrictions, postural strain, or those seeking more than a standard osteopathic manual therapy treatment. This is a perfect option for when you’ve had an extended break from treatment, or for ongoing maintenance.
Appointment length is 75 minutes and may include full body fascial stretch therapy, cupping, and osteopathic manual therapy. Wear loose comfortable clothing for the stretch portion of the session.

Sensory Integration for Kids (Recommended 6-12, can be adapted for teens)
Does your child experience dysregulation and sensory overwhelm?
Sensory Integration is a supportive treatment designed to help caregivers and children better understand their sensory needs, regulation patterns, and body signals through gentle hands-on care, movement, and interactive nervous system support tools.
These sessions aim to support regulation, body awareness, emotional resilience, and sensory processing while helping children build confidence in communicating their needs and boundaries.
This treatment may be especially supportive for children experiencing sensory sensitivities, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, high movement needs, shutdown patterns, difficulty settling, challenges with interoception, and neurodivergence.
This is a sensory-friendly environment with a variety of comfort items available in the session. Please bring any additional support items that your child enjoys.
Appointment length is 60 minutes with personalized focus on your child’s unique sensory profile. You will also receive a printed interactive sensory workbook and a sensory kit to take home.

Psychosomatic Osteopathy

Psychosomatic Osteopathy is a highly-skilled neuroscience and research-based treatment protocol to support regulation of high-stress states. This deeply-attuned approach recognizes the interconnected relationship between the body, nervous system, emotions, stress patterns, and lived experience.
These sessions relieve protective tension patterns, restore adaptability within the body, and reconnect with a greater senses of embodiment and internal safety.
This treatment may be especially supportive for individuals experiencing chronic stress, burnout, persistent tension patterns, nervous system dysregulation, emotional holding, fatigue, stress-related physical symptoms, and those seeking a deeper mind-body approach to treatment.
This work can be supportive for individuals who have experienced complex or traumatic events, when seeking something other than talk-based therapy, and as complementary support alongside other healing modalities. These sessions are trauma-informed and will work with the pace of the individual, with a deep commitment for trust and safety at all times.
Appointment length is 60 minutes with a progressive 3 session protocol booked 1-2 weeks apart.

Using gentle manual techniques that may include myofascial, craniosacral, visceral, and biomechanical approaches, treatments are tailored to address patterns of tension, restriction, discomfort, and compensation throughout the body. This treatment is well suited for individuals seeking general treatment for everyday stress, muscle tightness, postural strain, physical recovery, or ongoing maintenance.
Appointment lengths are 60, 45, or 30 minutes with general focus on any areas of the body.
