What is emerging?
Years of clinical practice, teaching, research, guided experiences, deep study, and inquiry, have been revealing something more profound.
INTERFACE is an evolving ATLAS exploring the relationships between Living Systems.
The most meaningful changes often emerge at the confluence - where living systems meet, attunement cultivates coherence, and becoming begins, not within a single system, but through the relationships between them.
INTERFACE is a 90-minute virtual session offering space to slow down, explore what is present, and listen more deeply to the many layers on your map of your lived experiences.
We begin with YOU. A conversation that helps us identify a focus. From here, we may move through reflection, guided inquiry, body awareness, interoception, somatic resourcing, imagery, meaning-making, lifestyle guidance, spiritual care, or simply the experience of being witnessed.
Together, we may notice patterns held within the body, relationships, roles, transitions, experiences of stress or overwhelm, the ways you have learned to protect and adapt, questions of meaning or identity, and the subtle places where something new may be beginning to emerge.
INTERFACE brings together the many streams of my 20+ years of courses, teaching, and continued ongoing learning that extend beyond the scope of manual therapy. It is where my education in trauma-informed care, somatic and sensory awareness, nervous system regulation, psychosomatic exploration, relational practice, communication, spiritual care, movement and lifestyle, and the broader study of human experience can inform how I listen, witness, inquire, and hold space.
INTERFACE is a space where all of ME can meet all of YOU.
My approach recognizes the interconnectedness of body, mind, spirit, environment, relationship, and meaning. All that is written within, even the unspoken, is part of a much larger story. My fluency is in the language of living systems, holding deep presence and listening across the micro, macro, and meta: to the body, the living story within it, and the meaning woven between. Together we take notice of what is happening within you, what surrounds and shapes you, and the larger patterns connecting it all.
There is a framework methodology that holds form to this work, however, there is no predetermined path through an INTERFACE session. Some sessions may feel reflective and conversational. Others may be more embodied, experiential, creative, or contemplative. The work follows what is most alive and relevant for you, with curiosity, compassionate presence, and room for everything that arises, including what lives in the spaces between.
INTERFACE is not psychotherapy and is not a replacement for mental health or medical care, and are not covered under extended health benefits. It is a trauma-informed space for exploration, relational witnessing, embodied awareness, and deeper connection within your own Living Systems.
I will always assist you in connecting with the resources that will best support you. I have a growing network of professionals that work within Mental Health, Rehabilitation & Function, Medical Care, Neurodevelopmental & Sensory Support, Nutrition & Health, Social & Practical Supports, Movement & Embodiment, and more.
