Meet Natalie
Hi, Iām Natalie! An Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapist, and Fascial Stretch Therapist with a clinical focus on Trauma-Informed Care, Burnout/Compassion Fatigue, treating the Nervous System, Psychosomatics, Lymphatics, Breathing, and Self/Supportive Care Practices.
Ongoing learning has always been a passion of mine. I have taken additional training in Psychosomatic Osteopathy, a neruoscience and research-based protocol, as well as Neuro-lymphatics, Nervous System support protocols, and more.
I am also the creator of 5 workshops, with focuses on Burnout/Compassion/Empathy Fatigue, being Touched Out, Somatics, and Sensory Overwhelm for adults and kids, each accompanied with a self-paced printed workbook. And, I teach educational seminars for professionals, as well as group class workshops, and restorative movement classes.
I attended a 5 year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto where my area of research focused on the effects of trauma and adverse health outcomes, as well as inclusivity, safety, and Trauma-Informed Care in clinical practice, and became a member of the Ontario Association for Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) in 2023.
Prior to this, I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and became a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in 2018. I also have a 20+ year professional fitness and movement background which helped me develop my clinical focus and explore my inherent curiosity. In my biopsychosocial framework for client-centred treatment, I support each individual as a dynamic living system.
